SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • The MINIMUM to place a order for frozen empanadas is a dozen.
  • Frozen orders should be placed AT LEAST 2 WEEKS in advance.
  • Orders ship out with dry ice to keep cool and frozen for over night shipping.
  • All orders will be shipped out for next day shipping on shipment days. Shipment days are Mondays and Thursdays of each week.
  • Orders needed between Tuesday-Thursday ship out on Mondays.
  • Orders needed Friday-Monday ship out on Thursdays.
  • Shipping and handling prices vary based on quantity and the weight of your order.

    • To cancel a fully paid order email info@Angiesdelightfulbites.com

     

    Payments:

     

    • Orders can be paid in full to guarantee order placement.
    • All frozen orders require FULL payment to be processed for shipment. 

     

    Return / Refund Policy

    • A fully paid for cancelled order will only receive a 75% refund before 5 days  prior to order date. A fully paid for order cancelled within 72 hours of order date will ONLY receive a 50% refund of a complete purchase.

     

    • Any shipments that are undeliverable given the correct shipping info and a request for a signature on delivery are eligible for a full refund and/ or remake of your full order.

     

    Losses And Damages

     

    • A signature is recommended for shipments being sent out. In the occasion you opt out of signature services for your shipment you are responsible for any losses or damages that may occur with your order.

     

    • Please be available or make  arrangements for your shipment if you choose to receive your shipment with a signature. Check Frozen Shipment information for shipment days. 

     

    • In the occasion of a missed delivery with signature requirements in place and you are not available for your package upon delivery ; You are responsible for any losses or damages that may occur with your order .

     

    • In the occasion Incorrect information is given on shipment form for delivery; You are responsible for any losses or damages that may occur with your order. Please make sure to fill out your information correctly on order form. We greatly value your support and happiness. We want to make sure everything is received safely and on time
